The session lasts approximately 20 minutes and incorporates a mix of traditional exercise techniques, including dynamic movements, precise muscle control, and isometric static holds.

  • The science behind EMS technology suggests starting with 2 sessions per week for 4-8 weeks to allow your body to adapt. After this initial period, we will work together to design a program that best suits your ongoing fitness needs and goals.

  • Thanks to the continuous muscle activation provided by EMS, your 20-minute workout doesn't require heavy or even any additional external load. Your trainer will provide all necessary equipment, which may include light weights, a Pilates ball, a Pilates ring, resistance bands, a step-up box, and gliders. Keep in mind that each session will vary in the equipment used to keep your workouts dynamic and effective
